Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The Snoop Dogg: Birthday Roach Art Raffle is open to legal residents worldwide who are eighteen years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Stuff.io Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate family or household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.
Void in any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to countries subject to United States trade sanctions or embargoes, or that otherwise prohibit chance-based promotions. Entrants outside the United States are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their country or territory of residence. All monetary values referenced are in United States Dollars. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, United States territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Raffle.
3. Raffle Period
The Raffle begins December 19th at 12:01 P.M. Pacific Time and ends December 22nd, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Raffle.
4. How to Enter
a. Snoop Dogg: Birthday Roach Art Entry Method
During the Raffle Period, each eligible participant will receive one entry for each $ROACH token held in their eligible Stuff.io account or connected wallet, up to a maximum of 5,000 entries per person for the entire Raffle Period. Sponsor may verify token holdings using one or more blockchain snapshots during the Raffle Period. Tokens transferred or sold after a snapshot will not reduce entries already recorded.
b. No Purchase Necessary Entry Method
To enter without purchase, visit https://stuff.io/amoe once per calendar day during the Raffle Period and complete the No Purchase Necessary Entry Form with your full legal name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Each valid daily submission allows the entrant to select up to 1,000 entries for that day. Limit one submission per person per calendar day and no more than 5,000 total entries by any combination of entry methods. Purchase and no purchase entries have equal odds of winning.
Entries generated by robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, automated, forged, irregular, or suspected of fraud.
5. Selection of Winners
On or about December 23, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select four potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, regardless of method of entry. Winners will be announced on Christmas Day.
6. Prizes
Three winners will each receive one of the following prize packages.
$1,000 USD gift card toward travel and accommodations.
$500 USD shopping spree at Snoopy’s Clothing Store in Los Angeles.
A private tour of Snoop Dogg’s Los Angeles compound.
One of three hand-signed and framed original art pieces, to be picked up in person directly from Snoop Dogg.
Prizes have no cash equivalent and are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. Winner Verification and Notification
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will contact potential winners using the email address or wallet address associated with their Stuff.io account or no purchase entry. Each potential winner must complete and return all required documentation within five business days of notification. Failure to respond within seventy two hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, local, and international taxes and any expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of each winner.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. If the Raffle is compromised by fraud, technical failures, or other causes that impair its integrity or fairness, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Raffle and select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, voice, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation or notice.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and related entities from any claim or liability arising out of participation in the Raffle or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, typographical, technical, or human errors.
12. Internet and Technology
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions of any kind. If the internet portion of the Raffle is compromised, Sponsor may cancel or modify the Raffle and select winners from eligible entries received prior to termination.
13. Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with this Raffle will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

15. Disputes and Governing Law
Any dispute arising from this Raffle shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Collin County, Texas. The Raffle and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law. Arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only and class actions are not permitted.
16. Winners List
