Consideran la naturaleza de los reg\u00edmenes existentes y luego proponen una serie de diferentes ciudades hipot\u00e9ticas en comparaci\u00f3n, culminando en Cal\u00edpolis, una ciudad-estado ut\u00f3pica gobernada por un rey-fil\u00f3sofo.
