All of your purchased media lives in your library (also called your bookshelf). If you just bought something — or came back after a while — and can’t find your videos, music, or books, work through the sections below in order. Most “missing” media is simply being looked for in the wrong place or under the wrong login.
Where your library lives
On the web: go to app.stuff.io, click LOGIN, and sign in. Your library shows everything owned by your account across both Stuff.io and Book.io — eBooks, audiobooks, videos, and music. Stuff.io and Book.io share a Unified Digital Library, so eBooks and audiobooks bought on either site appear in both places automatically; videos and music live in your Stuff.io library.
On mobile: open the Stuff.io Player App and tap Library at the bottom left. The Player App handles all media types. (The Book.io Reader App shows eBooks and audiobooks only — see the note below.) Don’t have the app? See Where can I find the Stuff.io & Book.io App?
Signed in with the right account?
Your library only shows media owned by the account (or wallet) you’re signed in with. If the library looks empty:
- Check the email shown on your profile — is it the account you used at purchase?
- If you bought with a different email, log out and back in with that one.
- If you paid with a crypto wallet, the media is attached to that wallet — see the next section.
Media bought with a crypto wallet
Wallet-held media appears after you connect that wallet:
- At app.stuff.io, hover over your username and click CONNECT WALLET, then pick the wallet that holds your media. Full steps: How do I link my wallet to my Stuff.io & Book.io user?
- Make sure you connect the same wallet you used at purchase — a different wallet (even from the same provider) shows an empty shelf.
- The first time you open each item you’ll be asked to Verify Ownership — that’s normal and happens once per item. Wallet-only access without an account is also possible: How do I access my media on the Stuff.io / Book.io desktop using my wallet?
Videos and music don’t show in the Book.io Reader
Book.io is exclusively eBooks and audiobooks. Videos and music bought on Stuff.io can only be viewed in your Stuff.io library (web or Player App) — they will never appear in the Book.io Reader App. If a video or song seems missing, make sure you’re looking in Stuff.io, not Book.io.
Just purchased and it’s not there yet?
- Refresh the page (or pull to refresh in the app), or log out and back in.
- Card purchases appear once the order confirmation email arrives; wallet purchases appear once the transaction confirms on-chain — usually within a few minutes.
- Confirm the purchase went through under the account or wallet you’re currently using.
